Chris is leading the City of San Rafael's efforts around homelessness as Assistant Director of Community Development. He has created and administered supportive housing programs for chronically homeless adults, transition-age youth, and veterans throughout his career. He led supportive housing programs for seven years at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates and for five years at Resources for Community Development in Berkeley, CA. Chris holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Presidio Graduate School; and a bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Kansas.
